TY MARIE ON THE GREAT BEACH OF ILE-AUX-MOINES

Beautiful 1930 villa overlooking directly on the beach, for 12 people.

Our family home in Île-aux-Moines awaits you, with its feet in the water, with a 180° view of the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands.

The house is in perfect condition and very equipped (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, ping-pong, TV, fiber wifi, table football, Sportyak, BBQ, etc.).

A large dining kitchen under a veranda, an enclosed garden of 1200m² sheltered by century-old pines.

A south-facing terrace overlooking the sea.

The living room is now equipped with a beautiful insert fireplace. The beach is at the foot of the house. Bike rental on the island for excursions to discover the island's menhirs and dolmens.

️It is possible to rent a sailboat or a zodiac for a week or a day. You can moor it right in front of the house, we have a mooring buoy at your disposal.

Weekly rental only: from 2500 to 3500 euros / week (depending on the periods) + 200 euros (cleaning, sheets, beds made).

Well-behaved animals are accepted.
