VILLA OCEANE - GUEGAN Pierre

We offer you an independent house of 300 square meters on 2 levels. The cottage is located in the heart of the village of Tour du parc, 1 km from the beach of Rouvran, close to shops and a bicycle rental.

Ground floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with twin beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds), 3 adjoining bathrooms, 3 separate toilets. A small living room, a large room that can accommodate 20 guests with an equipped kitchen area (1 large gas stove, 1 dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers, 1 microwave, 2 toasters, 1 kettle and dishes for 20 people). A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds with bathrooms with toilet, free Wi-Fi, private parking for several vehicles. Free access to the hotel's heated outdoor pool from 9 am to 8 pm from May to the end of September.

The beds are made upon arrival, 1 bath mat is provided in each bathroom. Towels, tea towels and cleaning products are not provided.

Pets (under 15 kg) are accepted with an additional charge of 15 € per stay.

Upon departure, the premises must be returned in a clean condition identical to your arrival. Please use the green "check list before departure" form to check that you have not forgotten anything. Possibility of a cleaning package of 150 € excluding dishes and garbage.

Tourist tax of 1 € per day and per adult.
