Ty Ker Ysa is a cozy fisherman's house for 4 people, completely renovated (2020) with natural and ecological materials (lime/hemp/sand and tiles). It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (showers) and 2 toilets, 1 of which is independent.

Quietly located on the Port Anna peninsula (Séné), in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, on the heights of a typical fishing village, Ty Ker Ysa will seduce you with its calm and authenticity. This resource center is located on the GR34, 7 km from the port of Vannes and its historic heart.

The house is comfortable (heating, insulation, equipment) and it has high-speed WIFI (optical fiber) making teleworking easier. The television is connected and has a Netflix subscription. The living room and the two bedrooms overlook a private garden, not overlooked, facing south and enclosed by walls. The 50 m2 granite terrace is very well equipped and has a private jacuzzi which operates all year round.
