On a beautiful and peaceful site, this detached house offers a relaxing and leisure stay for families or friends: beach, hiking, cycling, discoveries.

It is ideally located on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, along the GR34 hiking trail, just a few minutes by bike or on foot from the ocean beaches. A beautiful bike path runs in front of the house.

Surrounded by a closed and flowered garden, the house is comfortable and very well equipped. Three terraces allow you to enjoy the sun.

Bicycles are at your disposal.

On the ground floor, the house includes a kitchen open to a large bright living room as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140x190 beds and one bedroom with two 90x190 beds that can be joined together. Separate WC. One of the bedrooms has a washbasin.

The garage with bicycles, beach games, deckchairs and washing machines is accessible from the ground floor.
