    In a warm, bright and relaxed atmosphere, Thierry Seychelles and his team offer you a gourmet cuisine that combines tradition and modernity.
    A student of Georges Paineau, Thierry Seychelles has also worked alongside Alain Passard, Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Ducasse, Patrice Caillault and the Pourcel brothers in Shanghai.
