    Our menus are all à la carte blanche, let us guide you, close your eyes and savor.

    A yellow sea bass ceviche with coconut milk, lime juice and zest, or langoustines in two ways: poached ravioli in its bisque and in a fine breadcrumb crust, or even a beef fillet tataki, peas and sweet almonds (only from May to July to respect the season).
