Laurent, a traditional oyster farmer and Slow Food Sentinel, and his partner Sylvie welcome you to their oyster farm and offer for sale, all year round, their oysters from natural capture, as well as various shellfish and crustaceans (depending on the season).

You can also find them all year round at the markets of Muzillac (Friday morning) and Tour du Parc (Sunday morning). And from September to the end of April, on Saturday mornings at the Cesson Sévigné market and on Sunday mornings at Sulniac, Malansac and Allaire.

From May to early September, come for a gourmet and iodized break on their terrace "La Paillote", in a peaceful and convivial atmosphere, and enjoy their stunning spot on the Pénerf river.
