Ker Ysa is a comfortable captain's house for 10 people, completely renovated (2021) with quality materials. It includes 5 beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 bathrooms (showers) as well as 3 toilets, 2 of which are independent.

Quietly located on the Port Anna peninsula (Séné), in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, on the heights of a typical fishing village, Ker Ysa will seduce you with its charm and authenticity. This resource center is located on the GR34, 7 km from the port of Vannes and its historic heart.

The house is very comfortable (heating, insulation, equipment) and it has high-speed WIFI (optical fiber) making teleworking easier. The connected television benefits from a Netflix subscription. Likewise, the ceiling speakers are connected. A private garden, not overlooked, facing south and overlooking the countryside and the Gulf, is enclosed by walls. The 40 m2 terrace is very well equipped and has a private jacuzzi which operates all year round.
