The Kaouenneg gîte is located in the commune of Theix-Noyalo which belongs to the Gulf of Morbihan regional natural park. From here, you will have easy access to the beaches of the Gulf and the Atlantic, as well as the main tourist sites of Morbihan.

The gîte is an old farmhouse, a farmhouse with typical architecture of the region with a slate roof placed on large stone walls. The cottage has been completely renovated, well equipped, it offers all the comfort of modern houses.

Located in the countryside a stone's throw from the Plessis Josso manor, the cottage is three minutes from the N165 national road which will take you to Vannes, Auray, Carnac, Quiberon to the west or to La Roche-Bernard, Guérande, La Baule or Nantes to the east. The food shops of Theix or Surzur are five minutes away by car, the markets take place there in the morning in Theix, and on Thursday evenings in Surzur.
