For more than 30 years, Anne and Patrick CHAUCHARD have been delighting their customers with their Scottish Label Rouge smoked salmon, smoked with green beech sawdust and salted with Guérande salt.

Numerous specialties based on smoked salmon: the famous rillettes, taramas and other smoked fish. A range of canned and seafood products completes this production, including the famous Morgate du Golfe.
