A company located in Surzur (56) at the gates of the Rhuys Peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, which has specialized in the field of apple-based beverages and, for a few months now, in the production of beer. Today, Didier and Jean-Michel NICOL produce cider and apple juice that are recognized locally but also increasingly in France and internationally. With 14 hectares of orchards, four of which are labeled with the "Label rouge" label, the cidery harvests and buys apples of local varieties. In 2018, it processed nearly 1,000 tons of apples. A PME of 8 employees, it has managed to stand out by offering an authentic cider made with fresh apple juice without heat treatment. The ciders regularly win prizes in national and regional competitions. Open all year round. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
