On the first floor: bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bedroom with a 160 cm bed with TV, toilet, children's dormitory with bunk beds of 90 cm.

Closed wooded garden on a plot of 800 m2 with a lawn mower robot.

Closed parking for 4 cars with access by electric gate.

9x4.5 m swimming pool with sliding cover, heated (01/05 to 30/09), automatic salt treatment, shared only occasionally with the owners (neighboring house)

No pets allowed – No smoking allowed

Beach 200 meters away, accessible on foot (especially with children)
